Love Food Hate Waste is a meal planner application for iOS and Android that relies on a number of third party SDKs and content which is regularly updated from an enterprise API. Tradebox built the application to comply with current coding standards, and design guidelines (material and flat) to ensure it functioned perfectly on the most recent versions of both platform operating systems.
This fast, functional app allows users to browse recipes, add them to favourites, get new meal ideas from the ingredients stored in their kitchen, itemise a shopping list and change portion sizes depending on the number of people. Alongside Love Food Hate Waste, we also developed the Welsh language version of the application, Hoffi Bydd for both iOS and Android.
